Share a read-only link

Anyone with the link sees the dates, the platforms and the titles. They cannot change anything, and they do not need an account.

Captions, hashtags and cover prompts are not sent — only what is needed to read the plan.

Account labels

If you have more than one account on the same platform, add them here; when you plan a post you tick which one it goes to. Shootboard never connects to any account and never posts anything on your behalf — this is only a label.

Place

Optional. Without one the card shows the map, so a map link is usually enough.

      How do I get a key? (free, 2 minutes)
      1. Open Google AI Studio and sign in with your Google account. Open AI Studio →
      2. Click the “Create API key” button.
      3. Copy the key it gives you — a long line starting with AQ. or AIza.
      4. Paste it in the box below and press Save.

      Free, and it does not ask for a credit card. Careful: a paid ChatGPT or Gemini subscription is a different thing — it does not give you a key. The key comes from the page above.

      Stored in your own row, which only you can read. Leave it off and the key never leaves this device.

      Deadline reminders

      Shootboard can tell you about a step before its deadline passes.

      These reminders are for project step deadlines — script, filming, audio, edit, approval, packaging, publishing. The posts on your publishing calendar are not included; you open Shootboard for those.

      When should it remind you?

      “When a step is already late” works in the browser notification only. A calendar file writes its reminders in advance, so it cannot know later that a step slipped.

      Your deadlines are published as a calendar address.

      How do I add it?

      First press Copy address above. Then, in your calendar:

      • Google Calendar: Other calendars → Subscribe to calendar → From URL.
      • iPhone: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Subscribed Calendar.
      • Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web.

      Google Calendar does not fetch a new subscription right away — the first time, it can take a few hours to appear. That is Google's own schedule, not a mistake on your side.

      Calendars check the address on their own schedule.

      To remove it later you unsubscribe in your calendar app.

      A downloaded file enters your calendar as separate one-off events.
