The short version. Shootboard is a demo. By default everything you create stays in your own browser and never reaches a server. If you choose to sign in, your email address and your calendar entries are stored so they can follow you to another device. We do not sell anything, we do not run ads, and we do not use tracking cookies.

Without an account, Shootboard stores everything locally using your browser's
localStorage. Nothing is sent anywhere. That includes:
Clearing your browser data erases all of it. We cannot recover it, because we never had it.
Signing in is optional and the demo works fully without it. If you do sign in — by email link or with Google — the following is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase:
Database access rules restrict every row to the account that created it, so another signed-in user cannot read your entries.
If you send feedback, the answers you type are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms. That message contains what you wrote, your interface language, a timestamp, and your email address only if you chose to give one. If you leave the email field blank, the feedback is anonymous.
We count visits and which features get used, so we know whether the demo is worth continuing. This uses GoatCounter, which sets no tracking cookies and builds no profile of you; what we see are aggregate counts, not individuals. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.
Shootboard can draft captions, but it has no AI service of its own. You supply your own API key from Anthropic or Google. That key is stored only in your browser and is sent directly from your browser to the provider you chose, along with the text of the entry you are working on. It never passes through us and we never see it or your prompts. Your use of that provider is governed by their terms, not ours.

Account data is kept while your account exists. Local browser data lives until you clear it. Feedback messages sit in an email inbox and are kept while they are still useful.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase your data. Write to the address above and we will act on it.
Shootboard is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Shootboard is a demo under active development, so it is worth a glance if you return after a long gap.

Geri bildirim gönderirseniz yazdıklarınız Web3Forms üzerinden bize e-posta olarak iletilir. O mesajda yazdığınız metin, arayüz diliniz, zaman damgası ve —yalnızca siz verdiyseniz— e-posta adresiniz bulunur. E-posta alanını boş bırakırsanız geri bildirim anonim olur.
Demonun devam etmeye değip değmediğini anlamak için ziyaretleri ve hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını sayıyoruz. Bunun için GoatCounter kullanılıyor; takip çerezi koymuyor ve sizin hakkınızda profil çıkarmıyor; gördüğümüz şey kişiler değil, toplam sayılar. Google Analytics ya da reklam takipçisi kullanmıyoruz.
Shootboard açıklama metni yazabiliyor ama kendine ait bir yapay zekâ hizmeti yok. Anthropic ya da Google'dan aldığınız kendi API anahtarınızı siz giriyorsunuz. O anahtar yalnızca tarayıcınızda saklanır ve üzerinde çalıştığınız kaydın metniyle birlikte doğrudan tarayıcınızdan seçtiğiniz sağlayıcıya gider. Bizden geçmez; anahtarınızı da isteklerinizi de görmeyiz. O sağlayıcıyı kullanmanız bizim değil, onların koşullarına tabidir.

Hesap verileri hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Yerel tarayıcı verisi siz temizleyene kadar durur. Geri bildirim mesajları bir e-posta kutusunda, işe yaradıkları sürece kalır.

Shootboard 13 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır ve bilerek onların verisini toplamayız.
