The short version. Shootboard is a demo. By default everything you create stays in your own browser and never reaches a server. If you choose to sign in, your email address and your calendar entries are stored so they can follow you to another device. We do not sell anything, we do not run ads, and we do not use tracking cookies.

Without an account, Shootboard stores everything locally using your browser's
localStorage. Nothing is sent anywhere. That includes:
Clearing your browser data erases all of it. We cannot recover it, because we never had it.
Signing in is optional and the demo works fully without it. If you do sign in — by email link or with Google — the following is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase:
Database access rules restrict every row to the account that created it, so another signed-in user cannot read your entries.
When you create an account we send you one welcome email, and each sign-in by email link sends one link. Both go out through Resend from hello@shootboard.app. We do not send newsletters or promotional email without asking you first.
If you send feedback, the answers you type are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms. That message contains what you wrote, your interface language, a timestamp, and your email address only if you chose to give one. If you leave the email field blank, the feedback is anonymous.
We count visits and which features get used, so we know whether the demo is worth continuing. This uses GoatCounter, which sets no tracking cookies and builds no profile of you; what we see are aggregate counts, not individuals. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.
Shootboard can draft captions, but it has no AI service of its own. You supply your own API key from Anthropic or Google. That key is stored only in your browser and is sent directly from your browser to the provider you chose, along with the text of the entry you are working on. It never passes through us and we never see it or your prompts. Your use of that provider is governed by their terms, not ours.

The last four only come into play if you use scheduled publishing. That feature is off unless you turn it on, entry by entry, and it needs your own account for that platform connected. If you never use it, no file of yours ever reaches any of them.
Each platform is separate. Connecting Instagram does not connect TikTok or YouTube, and disconnecting one leaves the others alone. We store an access token for each platform you connect. Those tokens stay on the server: they are never sent to your browser and no page of this app can read them.
Shootboard reads nothing back. We do not fetch your posts, views, comments, subscribers or follower counts from any of these platforms. The connection is one-way — out of Shootboard, into your account — and the permission we ask for is the narrowest one that allows an upload.
Why the address has to be public. Meta does not accept an upload from us; it fetches the file itself from a URL. A private address would be refused. The link is long and unguessable, but it is not a secret: treat anything you publish this way as public from the moment it is uploaded. (TikTok and YouTube are different: there we send the file ourselves, in pieces. They do not need a public address — the same address is used because one file may go to several platforms.)
Shootboard's YouTube upload uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also accept the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
youtube.upload. It allows uploading a video. It does not allow reading
your analytics, your comments, your subscribers, or anything already on your channel.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Local browser data lives until you clear it. Feedback messages sit in an email inbox and are kept while they are still useful. Automatic backups hold the last seven days and roll over on their own.
Files uploaded for scheduled publishing are the exception. Once every entry using a file has gone out, the tool that uploaded it deletes the video and its cover from object storage; a file that never gets published is dropped by a ninety-day cleanup rule on the storage itself. Deleting your account does not trigger either one — the app holds no key to that storage. Ask us from Feedback if you want something removed sooner.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase your data. Write to the address above and we will act on it.
Shootboard is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Shootboard is a demo under active development, so it is worth a glance if you return after a long gap.

Geri bildirim gönderirseniz yazdıklarınız Web3Forms üzerinden bize e-posta olarak iletilir. O mesajda yazdığınız metin, arayüz diliniz, zaman damgası ve —yalnızca siz verdiyseniz— e-posta adresiniz bulunur. E-posta alanını boş bırakırsanız geri bildirim anonim olur.
Demonun devam etmeye değip değmediğini anlamak için ziyaretleri ve hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını sayıyoruz. Bunun için GoatCounter kullanılıyor; takip çerezi koymuyor ve sizin hakkınızda profil çıkarmıyor; gördüğümüz şey kişiler değil, toplam sayılar. Google Analytics ya da reklam takipçisi kullanmıyoruz.
Shootboard açıklama metni yazabiliyor ama kendine ait bir yapay zekâ hizmeti yok. Anthropic ya da Google'dan aldığınız kendi API anahtarınızı siz giriyorsunuz. Son dördü yalnızca zamanlanmış yayını kullanırsanız devreye giriyor. O özellik açmadıkça kapalı, her kayıt için ayrı ayrı açılıyor ve o platformdaki kendi hesabınızın bağlı olmasını gerektiriyor. Hiç kullanmazsanız hiçbir dosyanız hiçbirine ulaşmıyor.
Her platform ayrı. Instagram'ı bağlamak TikTok'u ya da YouTube'u bağlamıyor; birini kesmek ötekilere dokunmuyor. Bağladığınız her platform için bir erişim jetonu saklıyoruz. O jetonlar sunucuda kalıyor: tarayıcınıza hiç gitmiyorlar ve bu uygulamanın hiçbir sayfası onları okuyamıyor.
Shootboard geri hiçbir şey okumuyor. Bu platformlardan gönderilerinizi, görüntülenmelerinizi, yorumlarınızı, abonelerinizi ya da takipçi sayınızı çekmiyoruz. Bağlantı tek yönlü — Shootboard'dan çıkıp hesabınıza giriyor — ve istediğimiz izin, yüklemeye yeten en dar izin.
Adres neden herkese açık olmak zorunda. Meta dosyayı bizden yüklemeyi kabul etmiyor; kendisi bir adresten çekiyor. Özel bir adres reddedilir. Bağlantı uzun ve tahmin edilemez, ama sır değil: bu yolla yayınladığınız her şeyi yüklendiği andan itibaren herkese açık sayın. (TikTok ve YouTube'da durum farklı: orada dosyayı parça parça biz gönderiyoruz, herkese açık bir adrese ihtiyaç yok -- aynı adres kullanılıyor çünkü bir dosya birkaç platforma gidebiliyor.)
Shootboard'un YouTube yüklemesi YouTube API Servislerini kullanıyor. Bir YouTube kanalı bağladığınızda YouTube Hizmet Şartları'nı da kabul etmiş oluyorsunuz; Google'ın verilerinizi nasıl işlediği Google Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında.

yüklemeye yetiyor. İstatistiklerinizi, yorumlarınızı, abonelerinizi ya da kanalınızda
zaten duran hiçbir şeyi okumaya yetmiyor.
Hesap verileri hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Yerel tarayıcı verisi siz temizleyene kadar durur. Geri bildirim mesajları bir e-posta kutusunda, işe yaradıkları sürece kalır. Otomatik yedekler son yedi günü tutar ve kendiliğinden devreder.
Zamanlanmış yayın için yüklenen dosyalar istisna. O dosyayı kullanan her kaydın yayını çıktığında, dosyayı yükleyen araç videoyu ve kapağı nesne deposundan siliyor; hiç yayınlanmayan bir dosyayı da deponun kendi doksan günlük temizlik kuralı düşürüyor. Hesabınızı silmek bu ikisini tetiklemiyor — uygulamanın o deponun anahtarı yok. Daha erken kaldırılmasını isterseniz Geri Bildirim'den yazın.
Yaşadığınız yere bağlı olarak verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, dışa aktarma veya sildirme haklarınız olabilir. Yukarıdaki adrese yazın, gereğini yapalım.
Shootboard 13 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır ve bilerek onların verisini toplamayız.
