The short version. Shootboard is free while it is in trial. What you write stays yours. You can download all of it at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from inside the app. If Shootboard ever shuts down, you get at least 30 days' notice by email so you can take your work with you. Nothing is charged today, and nothing will be charged without asking you first.
Shootboard is built and run by one person in Türkiye. There is no company behind it yet. You can reach that person at hello@shootboard.app; replies to any Shootboard email arrive in the same inbox.
By using Shootboard you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.
Shootboard is a planning board for content. It keeps track of the posts that come out of a shoot: what each one is, when it goes out, and how far along it is.
Publishing is opt-in, and narrow. Shootboard can send a post at a time you set — but only if you connect your own account for that platform, only for the entries where you switch it on yourself, and only once the small uploader on your computer has attached the video file. It is off unless you turn it on, entry by entry. What "sending" means is not the same everywhere:
When a scheduled post does go out, the video or image and the text you wrote leave Shootboard and go to that platform. That is the point of the feature, but it is worth saying plainly: what you scheduled is what gets published, at the time you set, without asking you again. If it fails, the entry is marked failed and you get an email — Shootboard does not quietly retry forever.
Connecting a platform means accepting its rules too. Each connection is separate and you make it yourself. For YouTube in particular, Shootboard uses YouTube API Services: by connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke that access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions or from Shootboard's own YouTube page. What we ask for, store and send is listed in section 7b of the Privacy Policy.
Your calendar entries, projects, ideas and scripts belong to you. We claim no ownership and no licence over them. They are stored only so that Shootboard can show them back to you on your other devices.
We do not read your content to train anything, we do not sell it, and we do not show it to anyone else. What we store and why is written out in the Privacy Policy.
If any of that happens, the account can be suspended or closed. Where the reason allows it, you will be told what happened and given a chance to export your work.
The AI drafting is optional and runs on your own Google Gemini key. The key is saved in your browser and never reaches us. Requests go straight from your browser to Google, which means Google's own terms apply to them, and any cost is between you and Google.
What the AI writes is a draft. Check it before you publish it — you are the one putting it out.
Shootboard is early software in a trial period. It can be interrupted, features can change, and bugs are likely. There is no uptime guarantee and no support commitment, although questions sent to hello@shootboard.app are read by the person who builds it.
Because of that: keep your own backup. "Export Backup" in the account window downloads everything as a file. It costs you a minute.
This is the question worth answering before you start, so here it is plainly:
Open My account in the app and use Delete your account. Your calendar, projects, ideas, scripts, places, saved accounts, any API keys and your settings are removed from the server at once, together with your files: the calendar-subscription file, any share link and your automatic backups. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy. The automatic backups are deleted with everything else; they only ever held the last seven days.
One exception, stated plainly. If you used scheduled publishing, the video and cover files were uploaded to separate object storage so that Meta could fetch them from a public address — that is the only way Meta will accept a file. Published files are removed on their own: the tool that uploaded a video deletes it — and its cover — from that storage once every entry using it has gone out. A file that never gets published is dropped by a ninety-day cleanup rule on the storage itself. Deleting your account does not trigger either one, because the app holds no key to that storage; ask us from Feedback if you want something removed sooner.
Shootboard is free during the trial. If it ever becomes paid, you will be told in advance and asked before any payment is taken. No card is stored today and no charge happens automatically. When paid plans start, a refund policy will be published here before the first payment.
Shootboard is provided as it is. We cannot promise it will be free of errors, or that it will always be reachable, or that it fits a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses — a missed post, a missed deadline, lost income.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law, and nothing limits liability for our own gross negligence or intent.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. For a change that materially affects you, you get an email at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Shootboard after that means you accept the new version.
Turkish law applies, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live.

Otomatik yayın isteğe bağlı ve sınırlı. Zamanlanmış bir paylaşım çıktığında video ya da görsel, sizin yazdığınız metinle birlikte Shootboard'dan çıkıp o platforma gider. Özelliğin amacı bu, ama açıkça yazmakta fayda var: ne zamanladıysanız o yayınlanır, belirlediğiniz saatte, size bir daha sorulmadan. Yayın başarısız olursa kayıt "başarısız" işaretlenir ve e-posta gelir — Shootboard sessizce sonsuza kadar denemez.
Bir platformu bağlamak onun kurallarını da kabul etmek demek. Her bağlantı ayrıdır ve onu siz kurarsınız. Özel olarak YouTube için: Shootboard YouTube API Servislerini kullanıyor. Takvim kayıtlarınız, projeleriniz, fikirleriniz ve scriptleriniz size aittir. Bunlar üzerinde hiçbir mülkiyet ya da lisans iddiamız yok. Yalnızca Shootboard size diğer cihazlarınızda geri gösterebilsin diye saklanır.
İçeriğinizi bir şey eğitmek için okumuyoruz, satmıyoruz ve başka kimseye göstermiyoruz. Neyi neden sakladığımız Gizlilik Politikası'nda tek tek yazılı.
Bunlardan biri olursa hesap askıya alınabilir ya da kapatılabilir. Sebep izin verdiği ölçüde ne olduğu size söylenir ve çalışmanızı dışa aktarmanız için fırsat verilir.
AI ile taslak yazma isteğe bağlıdır ve sizin kendi Google Gemini anahtarınızla çalışır. Anahtar tarayıcınızda saklanır, bize hiç ulaşmaz. İstekler doğrudan tarayıcınızdan Google'a gider; dolayısıyla o isteklere Google'ın kendi şartları uygulanır ve doğacak ücret sizinle Google arasındadır.
AI'ın yazdığı şey bir taslaktır. Yayınlamadan önce kontrol edin — sonuçta ortaya koyan sizsiniz.

Uygulamada Hesabım penceresini açıp Hesabını sil bölümünü kullanın. Takviminiz, projeleriniz, fikirleriniz, scriptleriniz, mekanlarınız, kayıtlı hesaplarınız, varsa API anahtarlarınız ve ayarlarınız, dosyalarınızla birlikte sunucudan hemen silinir: takvim aboneliği dosyası, varsa paylaşım bağlantınız ve otomatik yedekleriniz. Geri dönüşü yoktur; kopya istiyorsanız önce dışa aktarın. Otomatik yedekler de her şeyle birlikte silinir; onlar zaten yalnızca son yedi günü tutuyordu.
Tek istisna, açıkça yazıyorum. Zamanlanmış yayını kullandıysanız, video ve kapak dosyaları Meta'nın çekebilmesi için ayrı bir nesne deposuna, herkese açık bir adrese yüklenmişti — Meta bir dosyayı yalnızca böyle kabul ediyor. Yayınlanan dosyalar kendiliğinden siliniyor: videoyu yükleyen araç, o dosyayı kullanan her kaydın yayını çıktığında videoyu ve kapağı depodan kaldırıyor. Hiç yayınlanmayan bir dosyayı ise deponun kendi doksan günlük temizlik kuralı düşürüyor. Hesabınızı silmek bu ikisini tetiklemiyor, çünkü uygulamanın o deponun anahtarı yok; daha erken kaldırılmasını isterseniz Geri Bildirim'den yazın.
Shootboard deneme sürecinde ücretsizdir. İleride ücretli olursa önceden haber verilir ve herhangi bir ödeme alınmadan önce size sorulur. Bugün kart bilgisi saklanmıyor ve kendiliğinden hiçbir tahsilat olmuyor. Ücretli planlar başladığında, ilk ödemeden önce iade politikası buraya yazılacak.
Shootboard olduğu gibi sunulur. Hatasız olacağını, her zaman erişilebilir olacağını ya da belirli bir amaca uygun olduğunu vaat edemeyiz. Hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan — kaçan bir paylaşım, kaçan bir termin, kaybedilen gelir — sorumlu değiliz.
Buradaki hiçbir madde tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz; kastımız ya da ağır ihmalimiz söz konusu olduğunda da sorumluluğumuz sınırlanmaz.
Bu şartlar değişirse en üstteki tarih de değişir. Sizi esaslı biçimde etkileyen bir değişiklikte, yürürlüğe girmesinden en az 15 gün önce e-posta gönderilir. Sonrasında kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni sürümü kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Türk hukuku uygulanır; İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici iseniz, bulunduğunuz yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetine ya da tüketici mahkemesine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.
